Obviously there are hundreds of things to do across South America, but for fun - yes this is fun - let's just say you have one day only, what would you do?
Repeat after me, you would catch a flight to Iguazu immediately! For those of you who have no idea what I’m talking about the Iguazu falls lie on the border of Brazil and Argentina. With 275 waterfalls stretching almost 3km it’s one of, if not the most incredible sights I have ever seen. Standing taller than the Niagara falls and twice as wide, it’s hard to believe places like this actually exist.
As much as I’d love to fully describe to you what it’s like experiencing 1.6 million litres of water coming towards you every second, I can’t. I would however like to thank Iguazu for re-inspiring me and making me pick up my camera again after three years of abandonment. Although no words nor pictures can remotely do this sight justice. Pictures supposedly speak a thousand words and pictures are the best I can offer, so here are 5 snippets of one of the most jaw-droppingly stunning places on our earth from the eye of my camera lens...
There really is nothing more to say apart from go... and bring me with you.
